This charming eatery got great reviews from our group last time we went there (with the Swiss Consul), and we thought it’d be a nice place to celebrate the Holidays together. As usual, please bring cash to cover your meal & beverage (menu available on the restaurant’s website).

Dear Seattle Swiss, With the Fourth of July behind us, it won’t be long before the Swiss National Holiday! Please join us on Friday, July 30th, noon, at Alpendland Delicatessen in Mercer Island. For those of you who haven’t been there yet: this is a charming, casual little restaurant featuring Swiss/Bavarian comfort food. Depending on your order/beverage, anticipate your lunch to be about $15 plus tax & gratuity, and please be prepared to pay cash (it makes things a lot easier). I would appreciate if you can confirm your attendance no later than Wednesday, July 28th. Please let me know if you have any questions – I look forward to seeing you then! A bientôt! Bis bald!
